Located opposite the iconic fig tree island in the heart of the Golden Triangle, 66 Eagle Street is a landmark A-grade office tower in close proximity to Eagle Street Pier, the Riverside Centre Precinct, all forms of public transport and the Queen Street Mall.
Conlon Group has delivered the exterior design of the building which has undergone a considerable re-positioning which has transformed the entry experience and future-proofed the building for years to come. The works incorporate features such as creating an external forecourt and cafe area using a highly detailed sequence of off form concrete planters with integrated seating, exterior landscaping, increase in forecourt size volume, high class cafe, green feature wall, new wall and floor finishes as well as a state of the art End of Trip facility.
