Developing a framework to help a community to focus on a future for the civic precinct.
As the primary roadway into the Town Centre, the design has an important role to play in shaping visitor’s first impressions of the Town, providing wayfinding to key facilities or destinations, and ultimately, in defining the urban character of Town.
Upgrades to the streetscape will have a significant benefit in addressing current issues such as motorist behaviour, poor pedestrian safety and amenity, and the lack of direction or key signage to key facilities within the Town Centre Precinct.
