TUFC Master plan is a schematic proposal aimed to inspire and lead the football club and its community into the future. The proposal looks at unlocking the full potential of the clubs player community and reunifying its structure and visions for the future, builds on a legacy for future generations, proposes better opportunities for players, looks at player retention and attraction and proposes a world class facility for the club and its players. The proposal is a shared vision for TUFC and its community to encourage discussion and action about its future and in turn showing them how it can happen.
